The economic situation of a state has a direct impact on its citizens, this is the case for teaching the mother to be away intermittently from her family to practice their profession and thereby ensure economic stability envisioning a better future for this. However, the distance creates a break in the civic education of its members, since the family is the first institution of socialization and thus begins to form the individual as a citizen.
