Parámetros para hacer eficiente la construcción de un proyecto arquitectónico

Abstract

Inside a constructive process various activities should be performed in order to achieve the desired result, these activities are of an administrative order and operational order that not only help to develop the proyect but also to give compliance in a general way to that is understood as the mission and vision of the company as such, and also these activities help to achieve the global objectives of the company (which in this case is Q-BICA CONSTRUCTORA S.A.S.) starting in the analysis of the initial processes which are basic in the normal outgoing of the work at hand and also in the more complex aspects of the constructive process such as the management of the work to be done. Now within this studio there’s a description of the fisical phases of the process and additionally a series of parameters are exposed that pretend to ensure the efficiency of the whole proyect.
