Abstract

This article has the pretense of showing how the phenomenon of globalization has permeated and strongly affected the relationship subject work, allowing to show as competition, high productivity, and the prevailing model of capitalist and market that operates today have an impact on human subjectivity causing sometimes discomfort, distress or suffering; so opens the possibility of investigating new answers and perspectives that allow an approach to present subjective discomfort today at work, contemplating the psychoanalysis as a discipline that recognizes the subjectivity as a crucial part of the subject's relationship with work.
