dc.description.abstractThis document adheres Normative and Voluntary guidelines of the Colombian Health Sector with reference to the topic of Corporate Governance, seeking to optimize the efficiency in the performance of institutions that provide health services, specifically hospitals -- To make this possible, a survey is prepared as a mechanism to diagnose the current state of a hospital in terms of its policies or actions of Good Government or Corporate Governance -- It’s made an adaptation of the Country Code survey involving measures developed from the regulations in force in the health sector -- The survey applied to three institutions reveals a direct relationship between good practices of Corporate Governance and qualification of risk that currently is issued by the Ministry of Finance to the public hospitals of the country
