By today, human management has the great responsibility and commitment to correctly manage the human capital which is part of the institutions, this area is the fundamental pillar to make sure that the right people are the ones who occupy their own ideal positions with the possibility of experimenting and taking advantage of all their intellectual and learning potential.
That’s why this work has the purpose of characterizing the human management model for a company in the health sector, which, despite its long history, does not have a defined strategy in the area of human talent, which has generated a stagnation in it. The research performs an analysis of the institution's work environment through its employees, identifying the different perspectives that will be estimated for the development of new strategies for the strengthening, growth and success of the company
