This degree work will evaluate the commercial and financial viability of the digital marketing project for network services in laboratories Medellín and metropolitan area. In order to promote the optimization of time and resources in the processes of search and acquisition of services in organizations, and the improvement of processes at commercial and administrative level in the provision of laboratory services, in public and private laboratories in the city, research and technological development centers and extension centers of universities in Medellín and metropolitan area. The ONUDI methodology seeks to define and validate the proposed value of the project, define its commercial scope and characterize the platform market, evaluate the project according to its risks, define legal, tax requirements, and as a final point establish financial viability for the project.
