Abstract

This Scholarly Article will analyze the legal nature of the economic decisions taken by sports authorities, and the application and execution of such decisions, through the Colombian legal system. Simultaneously, this Article will study the implications for those agents intervening in the sports context, as well as evaluating the ordinary law mechanisms that could be used to satisfy their claims. Additionally, this Scholarly Article will analyze the different positions or perspectives that the actors in the sporting context may have with respect to the possibilities of determining on whether the decisions of the different commissions are understood as valid and executable, or if such matters could be decided by a civil court.
