dc.description.abstractThis paper address the special indigenous jurisdiction under the Colombian Constitution of 1991. For this purpose, it argues that the institution must be contextualized in the normative proposal of the contemporary multiculturalism, which respond to a particular historical development and has been developed in the absence Colombian legislative brach by the constitutional court to define the elements that currently make up the "indigenous jurisdiction".
