Resumen
This article analyzes how intersectorial and intergovernmental coordination occurs between the bodies created for the gender approach of the Final Agreement. Also, it identifies the way in which its planning and monitoring instruments operate, based on theoretical approaches to public policies on gender equality and the implementation of public policies, as well as the concepts of affirmative action and intergovernmental coordination. The question that guides the analysis is as follows: What are the challenges of the gender approach, in the implementation phase of the Final Agreement, associated with intersectoral and intergovernmental coordination and planning instruments? The thesis that is maintained is that, after 3 years of the implementation of the Final Agreement, affirmative actions for women are among the most delayed, because there are gaps in intergovernmental relations and in the planning and monitoring instruments that prevent materializing the gender commitments in the territories.
