The document introduces a business case of mergers and acquisitions: a Canadian engineering services company has recently acquired a Colombian company (also of engineering services) and requires for the latter a set of software tools for project management be implemented, which are interrelated and used by the acquiring company to execute their projects -- This implementation must be carried out in a short term and it should not affect the current operation of the acquired company, nor should have a significant impact on the operating costs of the acquired company -- In order to solve the case, the structuring of a Program is proposed, characterizing each software implementation project individually and evaluating their interrelation to get the benefits expected by both the acquiring company and the acquired company -- The situation under study that originates the case to analyze is described, also a series of objectives are proposed to solve the situation, supporting them by a conceptual framework and a methodological proposal that can answer the main question of the document
