Resumen
In this degree work, a strategy is developed to disseminate the social impact generated by the San José Institution in children and young people of the city of Cali, in order to achieve its positioning and thus obtain resources that enable its operation. For the development, an evaluation of the social impact generated by the Institution in the children and young people who were there was made, from different methods such as Social Cartography and interpersonal interviews. Afterwards, the public of the Institution was determined to establish the object of impact in the dissemination of messages. Based on the above, a communication strategy was designed establishing the main focus of the foundation, giving priority to the most efficient channels to disseminate the social impact. Creating communication products such as: institutional videos, graphic pieces, implementation of social networks, organized volunteering plan; this in conjunction with different strategies to make its use more efficient. All the above developed in efficient system mode for the needs of the Institution, enhancing the processes developed there with communication. In conclusion, the future of institutions in general, and especially those that work without profit is to resort to new technologies and appropriate the channels of dissemination of these, since the articulations of different strategies enable a loyalty to certain audiences, that in the end will bring economic resources of human capital
