The travel agency Certeco S.A. - Travel and tourism, it's a small company provider of tourist recreational services, in the city of Santiago de Cali Valle del Cauca; this agency is relatively new because it has been few years in the market, that's why the main purpose of the development of this plan marketing is to guide the company towards a better approach to its objectives strategic, and create strategic marketing things that are objective, dynamic and efficient; in order to improve administrative and quality processes in relation to customer service. This plan began with a study of the category analysis, which allowed know that this tourism sector is very competitive, as there are 6,201 companies dedicated to this business model in the country, according to figures from Confecámaras, which creates a disadvantage for Certeco S.A., because it takes so little time in the market has not managed to position itself or generate recognition in it. A PESTED 1 analysis was also performed , which consisted in studying as different market factors influence positively or negatively the deal. Likewise, the competitors were examined, their strategies and the skills that they influence the competitive advantage; On the other hand, the clients of according to their tastes, reasons and motives of purchase, which allows identifying the target market.
