Abstract

Currently, information and communication technologies have had a great impact on society by generating a transformation in obtaining information and being an enabler of competitiveness. In particular for logistics, ICT are considered as support tools with the aim of supporting the operational functions of the different logistics processes and facilitate the integration of each actor in the logistics chain, improving aspects such as the optimization of resources, cost reduction, real-time identification of items, among others; being key to survive the current competitive market and contribute to the creation of value in organizations
