Resumen
El presente trabajo de grado realizado en la universidad Autónoma de Occidente tiene por fin realizar una investigación para conocer la incidencia de la vista en función del gusto cuando se consumen malteadas, esta investigación se llevará a cabo con el uso de herramientas de las neurociencias como el encefalograma (EGG) y un medidor de respuesta galvánica (GSR), con el uso de estas herramientas se pretende conocer las diferentes respuesta del cerebro frente a estímulos visuales y gustativos de las personas en la ciudad Santiago de Cali
Después de realizar encuestas de perfilamiento y utilizar el EGG y el GSR en diferentes personas se procedió a analizar los resultados obtenidos con ayudas de estadísticos y el uso de plataformas estadísticas como SPSS y Excel con el fin de interpretar y procesar la información obtenida para luego mediante el uso del método estadístico Chi cuadrado realizar hipótesis nulas y a partir de los resultados proponer un listado de estrategias de marketing sensorial enfocadas a la visión y el gusto The present work of degree carried out in the Autonomous University of the West
