The adoption of a Quality Management System is a strategic decision for an organization that can help improve its overall performance and provide a solid foundation for sustainable development initiatives, companies that wish to consolidate themselves in the long term market see the need to use tools that they expect to differentiate from the competition.
As a consequence of this need, the Gastronomic School of the West, in the establishment of the structure of a Quality Management System under the guidelines of the NTC ISO 9001: 2015, an opportunity to provide products and services that meet the requirements of the client, the legal and regulatory applicable. As well as the ability to demonstrate compliance with the requirements of the SGC, improving the corporate image and achieving the creation of a culture oriented to continuous improvement.
