The community internship was developed during the academic period 2018 - 01 until 2019 - 01. It took place at the San Francisco de Asís Community Development Center in the city of Cali. An entity whose purpose is to transform and impact the society of Cali, the region and the country, developing socially innovative programs and projects with an added pedagogical value, oriented towards social research and the human quality of being, facilitating integration from public and private institutions, social development organizations and the community. As part of the requirements of the internship attended the School of Social Facilitators of the Autonomous University of the West for training concerning non-profit entities, as well as behavior and attitude suitable for interaction with the organization. Subsequently, a fieldwork was carried out during two and a half months within the center's facilities, with about sixteen hours a week, in which the research tools acquired in class were used in order to observe, appropriate the terms and learn the dynamics of the institution, in addition, informal surveys were conducted around the city to know the perception of the population of Cali in order to generate a good development of the work of degree. With the analysis of the data obtained from the research, a communication strategy aimed at making the San Francisco de Asís Community Development Center in the city of Cali visible was highlighted, highlighting the qualities and humanitarian will of the entity, prompting to know its work to later invite the public to be part of the social change through the organization. During the period of time attended to the center, support activities not related to the development of this work were carried out to collaborate with the communicative part of the entity, with support pieces for the new project "mercadillo solidario", suggestions and workshops on the use of simple design tools for the creation of digital content
