Resumen
This document presents efficient tactics and strategies for promotion and commercialization for the services of the company Soluciones de Mantenimiento y Montajes Industriales SAS, whose ultimate goal is to contribute to the recognition, construction and positioning of the brand image of the company, in order to create loyalty, given the recent difficulties in the acquisition and retention of customers.
A contextual analysis was carried out for the company to know what its current customers expect, desire and need, in order to communicate and promote a differentiating attribute that achieves reaching new and potential customers in the segment. This will be carried out through exploratory (qualitative) research, whose data collection will be through in-depth interviews with the engineers or plant supervisors of each of the client companies, located in different municipalities of Valle del Cauca and Cauca with a non-probabilistic sampling design for convenience.
Finally, this is a graduate job to opt for the title of Professional in Marketing and International Business at the Universidad Autónoma de Occidente in the modality of degree project where students will be closely related to the company in a period of six months
