Resumen
A cross-cutting issue that appears in the work of the philosopher Judith Butler, especially in Precarious Life and War Mark, has to do with the affection experience that subjects have. For that reason, this theoretical article seeks to analyze how the North American female philosopher addressers afection and emotions-related issues. The text focuses on showing how pertinent it is to reflect on affection, since it is a critique-social element that helps to understand subjectivity and agency, both individually and collectively; Likewise, it seeks to provide new contribution for understanding contemporary of not only discrimination and oppression, but also resistance in democratic contexts. Even when a subject, from his/her affective experiences, is conditioned by social legal frameworks, it is possible to think of affection struggles an asescape from the restrictive effects it generates.
