As the internet has grown there are changes in the different sectors of the economy, an example of this is the way in which the Internet revolutionized the way companies and customers interact. Currently companies are focused on improving and developing the experience they have with their users so that this is translated into greater mutual benefits. This issue is an issue that is currently one of the centers of attention in the industry because of its importance, so companies are looking for means that provide tools and open areas of opportunity in this area. The implementation of digital marketing strategies has proven to be one of these means and that is why it must be used by different economic sectors. This paper documents the development and implementation of a digital marketing strategy at the Outlet Factory Mall, for this purpose different dynamics will be deployed that will allow positive impacts and a higher level of competitiveness in the market.
