Abstract

This investigative work aimed to demonstrate the existence of an anomaly of law in the protective forest reserve of the eastern forest of Bogotá, a phenomenon that has contributed to the development of regulation of the area of special importance, institutionality being a determining factor in the configuration of anomie.
