Resumen
This degree work was developed during the first semester of the year 2022, in the business administration program (PADE), for institutional purposes at Universidad del Rosario. The purpose of this work is the application of the knowledge acquired throughout the semester 2022-1, specifically in the project "DeskAr". In order to observe the results of the implementation of the knowledge acquired throughout the semester, general and specific objectives were proposed, it will be possible to identify the product that is desired to bring to the public, a digital analysis of the different current competitors in the market was performed, likewise the buyer persona was proposed and a content strategy was developed to subsequently propose the digital content strategy, which contains the organic and inorganic positioning, the website, advertising and ads on the internet. Likewise, the different strategies to be implemented in social networks can be observed.
