The Business Applied Project will seek to identify the key factors of the current business model of the company Merquellantas S.A.S. and proposes a series of actions and strategies within the philosophy of continuous improvement, achieving gradual improvements in performance, redesigning processes through which the organization operates and maximizes the content of added value and promotes increased productivity, the quality of the services, products and efficiency in customer service. It is a company that has a robust structure of personnel and processes, but is not meeting the returns expected by shareholders. The development of this project proposes through administrative and managerial tools to improve the organizational structure that allow it to be more profitable and efficient throughout its operation. With this project it is intended that Merquellantas implement reengineering of its administrative and commercial processes, diversify the marketing channels and generate strategies aimed at strengthening the B2C. The PAE will provide solutions to the problem Merquellantas currently has. This project will lead the company to have a lighter corporate structure and obtain higher returns in the short, medium and long term. in the same way, it will help Merquellantas to be more efficient in all its internal processes that will allow it to optimize resources and be more profitable.
