Quinotos: Naturalmente Delicioso is an entrepreneurship from Rosario University founded 3 years ago in Cajicá, Cundinamarca. Currently it has one store in Cajicá and is present in Rappi and Uber Eats online platforms covering the market in Chía, Cajicá and Sopó. The market in which competes is food and beverages, oriented towards the healthy segment, which has grown at rate of 12% since 2018 (Dinero, 2018). It is important to say that consumers have been getting more aware about the type of food they are eating and there is a trend of finding more healthy alternatives without having to compromise the overall experience. Throughout this document an extensive review of the business will be done, taking into consideration the business model, financial scheme, legal and social matters, along a sales and marketing strategy, with the main objective of improving the competitive position of Quinotos. A relevant aspect to consider throughout the development of this document is the impact caused by the COVID-19 pandemic and how it is expected to mitigate its effects.
