La Calidad de vida en la rehabilitación neuromuscular: aspectos estructurales y funcionales

Abstract

This text analysis life quality (LQ) concept as a specific area of ??application in neuromuscular rehabilitation. Structural and functional characteristics of LQ are defined and related to several aspects of the disease. The main dimensions of LQ are physical state, psychological state, family and social state, socioeconomic state, and subjective perceptions. The main dimensions of disease related to LQ are symptom severity, disease evolution, rehabilitation process, and survival. Conclusions point to the need, actually exists, to see LQ not just in its assessment aspect but like a complex of useful techniques presents all along process of disease and neuromuscular rehabilitation.
