La Responsabilidad Patrimonial Extracontractual del Estado y la Legítima Defensa en la Jurisprudencia Colombiana

Abstract

Analysis developed from the three extra-contractual laibility of the State elements -wrongful damage, imputation and causal link-. The causal link breaking because of legtimate self-defense legal form (typical of criminal law), based on the jurisprudence of the State Council that in some cases has recognized it as sole negligence of te victim and in some others as a different legal form.
