Today, many organizations are looking to implement sustainable supply chains that allow them to confront the market firmly and securely. Many times, this leads to comparing and copying strategies from companies in the same sector. The objective of this study is to determine how possible it is to make a comparison of two supply chains of two companies from the dairy food sector, highly positioned in the Spanish market, directly emphasizing the processes they currently have, the possible problems they are facing and the innovations they have achieved.
