Resumen
This work was developed during the advanced program for business training (PAFE) in Digital Strategy for Business, for institutional purposes for the Universidad del Rosario. Throughout the text you will find all the appropriate digital strategy (ED) created by the group of Business Administration students for "La Alacena del Chef". Among the main results, potential clients were identified for each segment, which allowed optimizing the service strategy. Similarly, in the development of the digital marketing plan, SEO, SEM, social media and communication channels strategies and tactics were raised.
