Resumen
The clinic was created in 2022 by three doctors who wanted to become independent, creating a unique veterinary clinic with great national recognition, in which they began performing surgeries on a small property, where they had only four recovery mangers and old second-hand equipment. of anesthesia and others. Thus, they grew little by little with a very great benefit, which was that Dr. Eduardo Rubiano is a surgeon with great experience, recognition and with patented surgeries in Colombia, which was key to growth because he had already traveled importantly to make himself known. Consequently, the surgery tables, the anesthesia machines, the autoclaves were ordered from the United States, a large work was carried out where the clinic was finished by the end of 2020. Thus, we see the technological advance and its importance to be able to carry out a project that day by day wants to promote improvements in terms of care, solutions, medicines, and new devices that facilitate the exercise of the clinic itself, increasing the rate success and customer trust. The purpose of this work is to put into practice the knowledge acquired during the class in the first semester of the year 2022 of the Advanced Executive Management Program, which consists of creating a digital strategy so that the Veterinary Clinic has visibility in digital media. For this, the profiles of the Buyer Persona of the Clinic are recognized, to set the objectives with which the strategy will be created.
