Contra la impunidad internacional

Abstract

Until now, International Criminal Law, Transitional Justice and Transnational Crimes have been fields that have been addressed independently and this has generated sectorized solutions that clash with each other, giving space to impunity. Héctor Olasolo, professor at the Faculty of Jurisprudence of the Universidad del Rosario, presents a proposal that seeks to integrate the study of these three subjects to generate better results.
