Resumen
This paper documents the research process, planning, design and validation for the brand Bienestar&Cocina, a service that has as its main objective to help people interact with their close friends and relatives through gastronomy. Using digital tools, the main focus is to allow people from different geographic locations, to gather through a virtual meeting with a “facilitator” that will connect the meeting using special recipes and recreational tools. With this service, clients will be able to entertain themselves, learn basic cooking skills and techniques, develop abilities not just related to cooking but also to communicating and engaging with others virtually. The clients will also have educational sections regarding the ingredients that will be used in the recipe such as their benefic properties, substitutes and getting to build a healthy recipe book for their lives. At the same time, “Bienestar&Cocina” aims to help people with stress and anxiety with a value proposition that offers these people an outlet or relief through a fun and entertaining space with their loved ones.
