Resumen
On this occasion, volume 20 number 2, July-December 2018, of the Socio-Legal Studies magazine, presents a selection of articles in the area of ??law, especially in the socio-legal field. Adam Baird opens this new issue with his article 'Becoming the Most Bad: Male trajectories of violence in the gangs of Medellín', in which he argues that the 'gang process' should not be understood as aberrant youth behavior, but rather as a logical and practical behavior, because the gang is perceived as an aspirational space, for identity formation, for those young people who reach the age of majority at a time when the structural conditions of exclusion conspire against them. In “Activism for inclusive education in the judicial field”, Pilar Arcidiácono and Leticia Barrera address, from an analysis in a context of civil society activism, inclusive education of people with disabilities as a field of tensions and disputes between different social actors (their practices, knowledge, narratives and moralities). The authors argue that these conflicts lead to educational inclusion taking place in a framework of uncertainty and ambiguity. On the other hand, Rosaura Arrieta Flórez, Kathleen Marún Uparela and Rafaela Sayas Contreras present the main consequences of a deficient promotion in the access route and guarantee of consumer rights, using legal vulnerability as a category of analysis, and suggest measures that allow increase the level of protection of consumer rights in the cities of Cartagena, Santa Marta and Sincelejo.
