Mínimos morales y éticos a los que no se pueden renunciar: elementos importantes a prever en la toma de decisiones y en las interacciones con el medio ambiente

Given the difficulty of establishing principles with collective value, solving conflicts and meeting the common interests, on the part of the executors of the decisions, only to stay a minimum ethic, to achieve good results in business management. But, it is also necessary to count with directors and managers, of integrity, in which all participate and collaborate; In addition, they are the support of the relationship to interact with the environment, to then, the ones who mark the guidelines operate the company and make decisions have a great relevance in good governance and in different social spheres. Thisstudy examines the extent to which ethics and values contribute to good governance and culture in the Colombian business environment. There have been 21 companies, presidents, managers and partners. A factorial analysis was performed, Cronbach's alpha coefficient was calculatedend, a difference of averagethat identified that ethics and values have great relevance, that is to say, their fundamentals and transcendents, for good governance in the company. Fundamentally, ethics and the responsibility go hand in hand with the values sown, and with the forms, the procedures and the ways of acting in the daily life of thepeople in the company.
