Introduction: The work as a biomedical engineer involves the task of keeping the documentation of each of the medical teams of the institution up to date. This work requires the availability of the engineer, which means that the time invested in this documentation has an influence within the department on the performance of other work activities of greater importance. The development and implementation of a mobile application that allows the performance of the above mentioned tasks as a biomedical engineer, facilitating the management of the documentation of the medical teams belonging to the institution, thus reducing the time that was initially required to complete the task. This, presents an answer to the presented problem, the development of a mobile application which allows the easy and fast management of the documentation of the medical teams. Objective: The objective of this project is to develop a mobile application that allows the management of information of the medical teams in the intensive care area of the Sinais Vitais clinic, allowing an easy and fast search of the required data, reducing the necessary time invested. Methodology: The development of this project was divided into four stages: planning, risk analysis, implementation and evaluation. The planning phase focuses on the recognition of basic needs to carry out the first phase of application development. The second phase, or risk analysis is based on the preliminary design of the application based on the requirements established by the engineers in question. In the implementation, the development of the mobile application is presented by carrying out test trials to reach the desired result. Finally, in the evaluation stage of the application, the method used to carry out the necessary tests on the application is presented. Results: The results presented in the document give as a first indication the selected parameters that established the first pillars for the design of the application, together with the comparison between the methods of management of biomedical documentation, where the application proves to be more useful for the rapid implementation and completion of the activities. Conclusion: Within the 16 weeks of development of the project presented, an application capable of facilitating the process of filling in documents corresponding to medical teams was obtained as a final result.
