El conflicto armado de Colombia en cómics: Tanta Sangre Vista, Caminos Condenados, Los Once y Bogotá Zombie

Abstract

The history of Colombia has had a great number of events that marked its population in political, social and economic aspects. Great revolutions, the appearance of political leaders, wars, among other things, distinguished what has been a series of conflicts that have characterized and continue to characterize a country. This research work breaks down some of the most relevant moments of the Colombian territory through 4 graphic novels that are relevant to portray the other side of the armed conflict, leaving behind other narrative techniques that are usually used to show the aftermath of the war. Apart from the analysis of four comics and graphic novels from Colombia: Los Once, Caminos Condenados, Tanta Sangre Vista and Bogotá Zombie, the dead rise on April 9. The four selected works address issues that affect the civilian population in Colombia, serve to highlight the way in which fiction and reality go hand in hand, de-dramatizing the story, making the stories acquire an emotional character. They are identified as works that exalt the judgment and interdisciplinary analysis with respect to what is the history of a nation and the reality of what the Colombian population has lived in a long period of time.
