Resumen
The ubuntu values by their very nature seek to instil the principle
of putting high moral value on respecting, caring, and acknowledging the
existence of fellow human being. It runs deeper than just the physical but
embraces the (being) as a spiritual (Mamman & Zakaria, 2016).
I aim, in this paper to highlight the significance of the principle
of ubuntu and look at how this concept can help to promote resilience
and wellbeing. I will first explore literature to highlight the definitions
attached to the concept of Ubuntu.
