Spa: El presente documento, tiene como objetivo analizar las situaciones que se pueden encontrar en un ambiente laboral, donde se puede colocar como tema de estudio, con la siguiente pregunta ¿Cómo un entorno laboral saludable, puede influir en la productividad de los empleados? El cual lo hemos tomado, para generar un estudio de las diferentes condiciones, que se pueden presentar al interior de las empresas y así lograr determinar estrategias, que sirvan para realizar seguimiento, control y evaluación, a las diferentes políticas que se están llevando a cabo, en el programa de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo. Para esto hemos consultado documentos de algunos autores y analistas, en los cuales, resaltan que el tener un entorno laboral saludable en los puestos de trabajo, hace que el rendimiento y productividad, aumente considerablemente, debido a que, los empleados desempeñan sus labores con entusiasmo y dinamismo, con un alto deseo de cumplir con sus funciones de una manera eficiente, convencidos que su labor está contribuyendo a alcanzar los objetivos y metas propuestos, por la dirección de la empresa.In this document, we aimed to analyze the situations that can be found in a work environment, where it can be placed as a subject of study, with the following question: ¿How can a healthy work environment influence the productivity of employees?
