El siguiente estudio tuvo como objetivo diseñar un portafolio de servicios como estrategia de sostenibilidad financiera para el Bosque Municipal de Palmira Valle del Cauca. Para ello se realizó una investigación de tipo cualitativo con enfoque descriptivo observacional a través del método deductivo haciendo uso de la técnica de entrevista semiestructurada. Los hallazgos permitieron establecer la necesidad de aprovechar las condiciones geográficas, ambientales, infraestructura y equipamiento con el que cuenta el Bosque Municipal de Palmira, para implementar un portafolio de servicios que le permita auto sostenibilidad basado en el turismo de naturaleza, cultural y de reunión, con el fin de perfilar el espacio objeto de estudio como un producto de interés turístico bajo lineamientos de desarrollo sostenible dando cumplimiento a la normatividad técnica de sostenibilidad y calidad turística que aplica para el funcionamiento y operación de destinos turísticos en Colombia. Así mismo, se logró establecer una propuesta estratégica para el Bosque Municipal en la creación de un “Pueblito Valluno” que conserve la estructura tradicional y representativa de la cultura del municipio, teniendo en cuenta elementos culturales, gastronómicos, fauna, flora, así como atractivos y procesos agro turísticos de la ciudad y demás actividades de la oferta turística del municipio con el fin de promocionarlos efectivamente y de generar oportunidades económicas, de integración social, de asociatividad y alianzas estratégicas del Estado, el sector empresarial, especialmente la agroindustria, la agricultura y la academia. //Abstract: The following study aimed to design a portfolio of services as a financial sustainability strategy for the Municipal Forest of Palmira Valle del Cauca. For this purpose, a qualitative research was carried out with an observational descriptive approach through the deductive method making use of the semi-structured interview technique. The findings made it possible to establish the need to take advantage of the geographic, environmental, infrastructure and equipment conditions of the Palmira Municipal Forest, to implement a portfolio of services that will allow self-sustainability based on nature, cultural and meeting tourism. in order to outline the space under study as a product of tourist interest under sustainable development guidelines in compliance with the technical standards of sustainability and tourism quality that applies to the operation and operation of tourist destinations in Colombia. Likewise, it was possible to establish a strategic proposal for the Municipal Forest in the creation of a "Pueblito Valluno" that preserves the traditional structure and representative of the culture of the municipality, taking into account cultural, gastronomic, fauna, flora, as well as attractive elements and agro-tourism processes of the city and other activities of the municipality's tourism offer in order to effectively promote them and generate economic opportunities, social integration, partnership and strategic alliances of the State, the business sector, especially agro-industry, agriculture and the academy.
