//Abstract: The investigation was made in two times (Dry and rainy), under a design of completely at random with a factorial adjustment, ten repetitions and 36 treatments product of the combinations 2 times; 3 localities; 3 cultivating and 2 types of handling of the black Sigatoka. Registries became of the variables of the disease and climatic variables. The results indicated that in the sector of La Aguja the service life of the fungus (SLF) was longer, being different itself significantly from the sectors of Sevilla and Orihueca. This last one presented/displayed the shorter service life, which could be related to the deficiency in some fitosanitarias practices. The Period of Latency Asexual PLA was significantly more length at dry time that at time of rains, with an average of 19,12 and 16,26, Between the studied localities, Orihueca presented /displayed the shortest PLA being different from the localities of Seville and la Aguja significantly, in where the fungus initiated the production and liberation of conidias, in its order, to the 16,57 and 20,22 days after to have infected the leaf. As far as the handling of the disease, were not significant between applying or nonfungicidas differences. In conclusion, in Zona Bananera of the Magdalena the radio-relay end is longer at dry time that in the rainy one, due to the inadequate handling of the irrigation in summer, that maintains a permanent mojadura to foliar favoring the development of the pathogen, the radio-relay end was shorter in cultivating Jaffa and the locality of Orihueca.
