| dc.description | El presente trabajo de suficiencia profesional tiene como objetivo desarrollar el diseño e implementación del sistema de gestión de calidad para la eliminación de retrasos en la entrega de pedidos a clientes en una Mype de confección de prendas de vestir en tejido plano. El Primer capítulo comprende la introducción al presente trabajo. El Segundo capitulo desarrolla el pensamiento estratégico de la empresa, (diagnostico funcional y estratégico) donde se aplican herramientas como las Fuerzas de Porter y análisis FODA. El Tercer capítulo desarrolla el marco teórico, repasando los conceptos relacionados al SGC de la norma ISO 9001:2015. El Cuarto capítulo desarrolla el proceso de toma de decisiones, definiendo el problema y la alternativa de solución. El Quinto capítulo se desarrolla el diseño e implementación del sistema de gestión de calidad, donde se diagnostica, planea, diseña e implementa el SGC, se utiliza el mapa de procesos, matriz de caracterización de procesos, entre otras herramientas. En el sexto capítulo se evalúa los resultados obtenidos con la implementación del SGC. | |
| dc.description | The present work of professional sufficiency has as aim develop the design and implementation of the quality management system for the elimination of delays in the delivery of orders to customers in a Mype of garments in flat fabric. The first chapter includes the introduction to the present work. The second chapter develops the strategic thinking of the company, (functional and strategic diagnosis) where tools such as Porter's Forces and SWOT analysis are applied. The third chapter develops the theoretical framework, reviewing the concepts related to the SGC of ISO 9001: 2015. The Fourth Chapter develops the decision-making process, defining the problem and the solution alternative. The fifth chapter develops the design and implementation of the quality management system, where the QMS is diagnosed, planned, designed and implemented, the process map, process characterization matrix, among other tools is used. In the sixth chapter the results obtained with the implementation of the SGC are evaluated. | |
