La satisfacción laboral, la ética, la normativa y la administración de los recursos públicos en el gobierno regional de San Martín, año 2016

Resumen
El presente estudio tuvo por objetivo determinar cómo la satisfacción laboral, la
ética y la normativa que influyen en la administración de los recursos públicos en
el gobierno regional de San Martín.
Es una investigación básica no experimental, explicativa causal
multivariable, de enfoque cuantitativo y método hipotético deductivo. La población
estuvo conformada por 100 funcionarios públicos del gobierno regional de San
Martín, de la cual se obtuvo una muestra de 35 funcionarios, a los cuales se les
aplicó tres instrumentos para medir las variables predictoras y un instrumento
adicional para medir la variable dependiente o respuesta.
Los resultados indican que las variables predictoras: satisfacción laboral,
ética y normativa influyen en la administración de los recursos públicos (p< 0,05),
por otro lado, el modelo de regresión establecido en función a las variables
seleccionadas predice en un 71% (x2 = 43,6; p< 0,05) la adecuada administración
de los recursos públicos.
