| dc.description | En el marco de la renovada historiografía sobre el estado, con preguntas sobre la formación de las burocracias, la constitución de saberes estatales y las trayectorias de expertos y técnicos del estado; este trabajo analiza el proceso de construcción del estado de Mendoza a partir de los debates legislativos, buscando mostrar la trama de un proceso donde los aspectos fiscales incidieron fuertemente. La hipótesis sostiene que se trató de una trayectoria compleja y múltiple donde participaron diversos factores como las disputas por el poder. El corpus documental está formado por los libros de actas legislativas y expedientes sitos en el Archivo Legislativo de Mendoza y colecciones del Registro Oficial. | |
| dc.description | Within the framework of the renewed historiography on the state, with questions about the formation of bureaucracies, the constitution of state knowledge and the trajectories of state experts and technicians, this paper analyzes the process of construction of the State of Mendoza from the legislative projects and debates, seeking to show the weft of the process, where the financial dimensions had a strong incidence. The hypothesis holds that it was a complex and multiple trajectory where several factors influenced, such as the disputes over power. The documentary corpus consists of the books of legislative acts and records found in the Legislative Archive of Mendoza, offices and notes of the sections Executive and Legislative Branch and Correspondence of the General Archive of the Province and collections of the Official Register. | |
