Resumen
Through the participation in the advanced program for business training conducted during the second half of 2018, we were able to identify an innovative product for the Colombian market, which gave us the possibility of merging two native meals of our country such as the arepa and patacón in the same. The central purpose was based on analyzing how much welcome this new product (Patiarepa) could have in our market and in turn determining whether this proposal would be economically viable and sustainable.
