Resumen
The current global situation, highly complex, and with a myriad of issues at a social, environmental, economic, political and cultural level, has led society to the development of increasingly conscious consumption habits that are transversal to a higher purpose. Because of this situation, companies are in the mission of developing highly innovative business models that are oriented towards solving a wide range of uncertainties that afflict contemporary humanity. This is the case of Criollo Market, a food market that was born in order to give a boost to Colombian rurality, through a space in which the cultural heritage, gastronomy, and history of each of the regions of the country are intertwined to create a unique experience that allows the consumers to travel throughout Colombia without leaving a single place.
