As students of Business Administration aiming to make emphasis in the marketing area within their professional career and with the interest of learning about the operation and parameters of a multinational pharmaceutical. A company with many years of experience, in matters of the following study case, the principal objective consists on identifying and understanding the environment and the processes on which the strategic plans are being carried out according to the target market of Bayer S.A.
