The insufficient solar irradiation data with statistical conditions for temporal and space representativeness is the motivation for using sunshine hours to estimate them. But sunshine hours data series measured over long periods also allow to investigate the likely climatic consequences of variations related to Climate Change. In this paper we are presenting the results of the statistical analysis of sunshine hours done in Argentina for the region extended from latitude 38° to the South through the application of Mann-Kendall rank test, and discussing them taking into account measurement errors.
