A document issued by the central bank outlining the rationale for the move, and correspondent Tony Fraser does an economic analysis. Correspondent Mike Jarvis also speaks to Norman Girvan, President of the Association of Caribbean Economy about his analysis on the impact/effect of the OECDS floatation of the TTD.
