Resumen
One of the main principals is that human behavior is driven by motivation. This
comes from the feeling of personal satisfaction or impulse through external stimuli.
This causes people to take certain points of view about their own development,
daily activities and obligations. Furthermore, we can see the results of motivation
and its influence on people by their level of education, and in this case education
generates hesitation (doubts). And it becomes one of the more frequent obstacles
for universities whom are suffering from student drop-outs.
Since the subject of education is the core focus in the University Icesi, having a
program that allows the institution to work closely with their students, this will be
the main agent moderator.
