dc.description.abstract | This report is evidence of the strategic plan review conducted in Master Key Of
Stimulation Ltda.; a Colombian company dedicated to market virtual interactive
training products, office automation and design. During the project, it was
reevaluated and redesigned the mission, vision and the business definition.
Subsequently, the internal and external analysis of the company's competitive
profile analysis was performed; in addition to the SWOT analysis and the most Página

suitable approach to improve organizational performance strategies. From this, the
strategic plan was developed, disaggregating each strategy in their respective
activities. Finally, a special analysis of the human resources department was done
because it is consider as a priority at this time for the company, and the foundation
was created to implement this department; starting with the organization
performance evaluation.
The results of the research project were satisfactory, fully meeting the objectives
and making an excellent review of the strategic plan of the company Master Key.
Some weaknesses were identified for implementing or improving, and plenty of
information contained at the report will be useful to managers of the organization. | |
