Abstract

Mediante la perspectiva de los sistemas suaves se observa el efecto de las tecnologías de información y comunicación emergentes en la tercera función de la universidad publica (UAM-X), perturbando también a la propia forma de organización de la división universitaria.

Through the soft perspective system it is observed the efect of the emergent information and communication technologies in the extension function of public university (UAM-X), disturbing also the own organization form of the university departments.
