| dc.description.abstract | "En este artículo planteo que el ensayo es al mismo tiempo una forma de verdad y de arte. Defiendo que es también el espacio de la duda, donde se busca el sentido más que el significado. En él se da una lucha por la verdad. En él existe una sugestión de vida: convence mediante la fuerza que le es propia, la de la convicción. En el ensayo se ha de avanzar como si la verdad fuera posible. La verdad resulta, por tanto, la ficción ética que mueve al ensayista. En la primera parte repaso qué han dicho al respecto tres grandes pensadores, Georg Lukács, Theodor W. Adorno y Eduardo Nicol. En la segunda parte, después de comparar el ensayo con la novela y de asumir, junto con Heidegger, que la belleza es un modo de ser de la vedad, decidí que ensayar está en el camino de una hermeneusis ontológica, que ensayar es la revitalización de una fuerza inefable y primigenia que nos mueve hacia la verdad, y la verdad acontece en esta toma de posición." ABSTRACT: "In this article we propose that the essay is at the same time a form of truth and a form of art. We defend also that it is the space for doubt, where sense is more sought after than meaning. In the essay a battle for truth takes place. In it exists a suggestion of life: it convinces through the force that is its own, that of belief, of conviction. In an essay one must go forward as if truth were possible. Truth then results in the ethical fiction that moves the essayist. In the first part of the article, we go over what three great thinkers have said about
this subject: Georg Lukács, Theodor Adorno and Eduardo Nicol. In the second part, after comparing the essay with the novel and assuming, together with Heidegger, that beauty is a form of truth, we decide that writing essay is on the path of an ontological hermeneusis, that to essay is the revitalization of an ineffable and primal force that moves us towards truth, and that truth happens in this taking of position.
